At Ain Abaya, we want you to love your trendy abaya! We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged, and we're here to make this process as smooth as possible.
Standard Returns & Exchanges
Eligible Items
We accept returns and exchanges for ready-to-wear abayas within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- Item is unworn and unwashed
- Original tags are attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Item has no signs of wear, damage, or alterations
- All accessories and free gifts (if any) are included
Return Process
- Initiate Return:
- Email us at store@ainabaya.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Attach clear photos of the item
- Wait for our confirmation (within 24 hours)
- Package the Item:
- Clean and fold the abaya properly
- Use original packaging if possible
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Attach return label (if provided)
- Ship the Item:
- Use a reliable courier service
- Keep tracking information
- Ship to our address in Tirur, Kerala
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing time: 3-5 additional business days
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-designed abayas
- Altered or modified items
- Sale items (marked as final sale)
- Intimates and undergarments
- Items damaged due to customer handling
Exchanges
For size or style exchanges:
- Follow the return process above
- Specify the new size/style desired
- Pay any price difference if applicable
- Additional shipping charges may apply
Damages & Defects
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage
- We will arrange free pickup and replacement
- Alternatively, we'll issue a full refund including shipping
Lost Packages
For packages marked as delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors and local post office
- Contact us within 24 hours of tracking update
- We'll initiate an investigation with the courier
- Resolution will be provided within 3-5 business days
Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: Customer bears the return shipping cost
- Defective Items: Free return shipping
- Wrong Item Sent: Free return shipping
- Size Exchanges: Customer bears shipping cost
Special Cases
International Returns
- Must be initiated within 5 days of delivery
- Customer responsible for return shipping and duties
- Returns must use tracked shipping method
- Longer processing time (10-15 business days)
Sale Items
- Final sale items cannot be returned
- Seasonal sale items: Exchange only
- Clearance items: No returns or exchanges
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

- UPI: 2-3 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
