5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship throughout India and to select international locations
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location and order weight
  • Standard delivery within India typically takes 5-7 business days
  • International shipping times vary by location
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
  • Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective
  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item

  • All designs, artwork, photographs, and content on our website are protected by copyright

  • Custom designs created for specific customers remain the intellectual property of Ain Abaya
